Visitor Information

Living Realms records limited technical information for security, traffic measurement, and site administration. This may include your IP address, approximate city, region and country, visit time, requested page, referring website domain, browser/device user-agent, language preference, and whether the request appears automated.

When you join the realm, we store the information you submit: email address, preferred player name, play style, testing interest, and optional Discord name. When a signed-in player submits a bug report or feature request, we also store the report details, game build and world location they provide, status history, and any optional screenshot they attach. Feedback is used to develop and support Living Realms. It is not sold.

We do not intentionally record passwords, cookies, unrelated form contents, or full URL query strings in visitor activity logs. Location data is approximate and is derived from the visitor IP address. Access to registration, visitor, and feedback records is restricted to the site administrator. A player can view only feedback submitted through that player's own account.

The site uses an essential, temporary session cookie for form security, player access, and the administrator login. It is configured for secure, same-site use and expires when the browser session ends.
